Chiropractic Care
What is Chiropractic?
Chiropractic is health care without drugs or surgery, focused on the natural wellbeing and best health of our practice members. We work with the musculoskeletal and nervous systems to make a positive impact on your health.
If you have a spine and nervous system, we can help improve your functionality at Mustard Seed Chiropractic. Posture speaks to the health of your nervous system, moderating the body’s physiological function. Through adjustments, posture improves, affecting everything from breathing to normalizing hormone production and more.

Benefits for All Ages
Chiropractic care can benefit people of all ages, whatever the condition. We help with headaches and migraines, back pain, neck pain, disc injuries, sciatica, sports injuries, pregnancy and pediatric issues and more.
After adjustment, many practice members noticed improvement with issues they didn’t know existed. Improved sleep, better digestion, less anxiety, and more energy are just some of the additional benefits practice members can see.
Your body is equipped with a self-healing mechanism. Traumas, whether past or present, can prevent the body from functioning as it’s designed to do. Instead of masking your pain with drugs, we discover the root cause of the problem.
At Mustard Seed Chiropractic, Dr. JaGerran and Dr. Jessica specialize in detecting and correcting vertebral subluxations, restoring the body’s ability to function at its highest potential. After adjustment, the body is able to heal like it’s originally designed to do.
Once pain is relieved, we’ll work with you to achieve your wellness goals, so you can live your best life. You can get helpful tips and advice on our podcast, “Simply Health and Wellness”.
Your care plan is uniquely tailored to your needs. We may use a combination of tools and techniques to achieve the best results for you. Some we utilize include,
- Full spine technique
- Non-Surgical Spinal Decompression
- Thompson Drop
- Diversified technique
- Webster technique for pregnancy adjustments
- Activator® tool
We want your body and soft tissues to be relaxed before we adjust you—this makes our gentle adjustments even more comfortable and effective. So your first stop in our office after you’ve become a practice member is our intermittent traction table. Some people call this a roller table or jokingly refer to it as their “spa treatment.”
You’ll lie on your back on the table, and rollers underneath the surface roll up and down your spine, creating space between the joints and relaxing the muscles. The table has heat and vibration options if you’d like those. It feels great, and we include this as part of your care for practice members aged five years and up.
